Our pilots monitor weather conditions 3-4 days in advance. If the weather is unsuitable, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can then rebook for another day or receive a refund for full-price tickets as per our Terms & Conditions.

Wear enclosed footwear like sneakers, and avoid sandals or high heels. Dress in layers with long trousers and darker clothing made from natural fibers. A cap or hat is recommended to protect from the burner’s heat.

Yes, bathrooms are available at the meeting point, but not during the flight itself. The entire experience lasts 2-3 hours.
